My daughters Kirsten (11) and Ashley (8) have really enjoyed attending the academy these last few months. Although Liesel and Morné train them hard they enjoy the sessions very much because there they interact with their "athletic friends".
It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm and dedication that both Morné and Liesel had been putting into this sport. I can see that it has rubbed off on my two children who now both want to maintain their fitness throughout the year and not just during athletics season.
