Chantal Haynes Testimonial My daughters have been training with Kidz Go for a few years now. Liesel and her team have taken them from good athletes to excellent athletes who have been awarded not only Gauteng North colours twice but also to athletes that have represented Gauteng at the SA Schools championships in Paarl. At inter-provincials in KZN my one daughter obtained a third place in the high jump and at SA Schools my other daughter obtained a tie 3rd place in the hurdles. Liesel's dedication to the children is tireless in that she often gives up time with her family to be there to support her "other children". Training is at convenient times and locations and if necessary Liesel is willing to transport the children to training. We are extremely proud of our daughters achievements on the athletics track and field over the past few years and have Kidz Go and the hard work and dedication of both coaches and athletes to thank for their success. My children often refer to their training group as "their training family".
What a difference a year makes!
Last year my son was still hoping to finish any race in the open section of the inter-house athletics at school. This year he is dreaming of competing at the Inter Provincial Athletics Championships.
How did this incredible transformation come about? I have enrolled him at the Kidz – Go Athletics Academy where Liesel Ferreira and her team of professional coaches have worked with him. Liesel has had an amazing affect on his athletic development during this year.
Physically she has trained him to develop all the muscles needed for running, she has enlarged his lung capacity and increased his fitness levels a thousand fold. Mentally she has awakened a hunger in him to improve on his personal best all the time and to challenge himself consistently. But most of all she has taught him to love running. He is now positively looking forward to training every day and he hates missing a training session. He has matured in his approach to races and is setting goals for himself.
Thank you Liesel and Geraldine and Theuns! You have taught my son more than running and jumping, you have taught him invaluable life skills that will take him forward in life. Thank you!

In 2009 kwlifiseer 8 seuns vir die SA Junior kampioenskappe. Die eerste Affie word vir die SA skolespan gekies.
Affies is die enigste Afrikaanse skool wat deelneem aan die Engelse Seunskole se derde termyn atletiek , met die hoogtepunt :Engelse Interhoër (skole soos KES , PBHS , JEPPE , Parktown , St. Albans , St. Davids en St. John ).
I am a mother of 4 athletic children. Kidz-GO has transformed our lives in a time where there was no balance between training and competing. I would just like to express my thanks and appreciation to the Coaches at Kidz-GO.
You gave my children balanced training whether they were included in athletic teams or not. You have been a great help in raising my kids Spirit, Soul and Body by putting balance and emotional growth as primary goal. Foundations are important at this stage of their young lives, and teaching them that only after forming this intricate part of their lives, performance will follow.
Thanks for a unbelievable year with KidzGo. 10/10 for the coaching! Louise has grown so much and learned a lot this year, all thanks to good coaches. You put in so much effort with the kids and you are always there for them. One can see your passion for the game!

Contact Us for more detailsMy daughters Kirsten (11) and Ashley (8) have really enjoyed attending the academy these last few months. Although Liesel and Morné train them hard they enjoy the sessions very much because there they interact with their "athletic friends".
It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm and dedication that both Morné and Liesel had been putting into this sport. I can see that it has rubbed off on my two children who now both want to maintain their fitness throughout the year and not just during athletics season.
